吴琼


1967年4月生,理学博士,教授、博导。哈尔滨工业大学生命科学与技术学院发育生物学学科带头人,中国动物学会细胞及分子显微技术学分会理事,黑龙江省细胞生物学会秘书长。主要从事干细胞与发育生物学的研究工作(干细胞的诱导分化,基因组的印记机制,非编码RNAs的功能解析,环境荷尔蒙与表观遗传的关系研究及对胚胎发育影响的评价)。1992年毕业于哈尔滨医科大学临床医学专业,并于1996年到日本留学深造。得到造血机制和冬眠机制研究很有造诣的森和博教授和杉本健吉副教授的指导。在他们的研究室从事相关理论与实验的研究达6年之久。参加过多项日本文部省的研究课题,独立完成了冬眠基因的克隆和冬眠机制的研究课题,合作完成了造血机制的研究课题。于2000年获得新泻大学的硕士学位,2003年获得了日本国立新泻大学的理学博士学位。2003年在国际上著名的河野教授的动物发育工学研究室,承担了“生殖细胞的印记机制解明和孤雌生殖动物的开发”的课题的分子生物部分的工作。该课题是日本生研机构的4.5亿日元的课题,为期4年半。该课题组在发育生物学的研究方面取得了令世界注目的成绩,在世界上首次成功的制作出了孤雌发育鼠(Kaguya)。成果发表在2004年4月22日出版的英国《Nature》杂志上。科研成果清楚了孤雌发育胚胎的出生需要正常表达两组imprinted基因(Igf2-H19Dlk1-Gtl2包括Dio3Mirg),论文发表在国际知名杂志《Reproduction》上。同时,证明肝脏的发育障碍及肝脏的异常造血是雌核发生胚胎的早期死亡和增长延迟的一个重要的原因。该课题组通过去除小鼠7号染色体上的H19基因的转写单位和DMR区;同时去除小鼠12号染色体上的IG-DMR区而构建的双敲除孤雌发育胚胎,进一步把孤雌发育胚胎的出生率和存活率由0.5%提高到40%,成果发表在了2007年8月19日的《Nature Biotechnology》上。2006年3月开始被哈尔滨工业大学生命科学与工程系聘为教授,从事发育生物学领域的研究工作。承担研究生的高级发育生物学等教学工作。以学术带头人获得哈尔滨工业大学海外引进人才科研启动基金的资助。近年来,研究成果连续发表在《FEBS Letters》(IF=3.341)、《Journal of Molecular Histology》(IF=1.979)、《Nucleic Acids Research》(IF=8.808)、《Development》(IF=6.273)、Nature旗下的《Scientific Reports》(IF=5.078)、《Molecular Genetics and Genomics》(IF=2.831)等期刊。现主持国家自然基金,省自然基金和教育部归国留学人员启动基金及参与国家863等项目的科研工作。先后发表50多篇学术论文,其中SCI论文总影响因子达到100以上,单篇他引达到268次。
